For 2005 the amount of CZK 52 mil. (EUR 1.8 mil.) had been allocated.
Humanitarian assistance to abroad
In the end of December 2003 the Czech Republic provided humanitarian assistance in case of floods in south France and after earthquake in Iran. As financial resources for 2003 were distributed and the 2003 final annual account closed, financial costs for these two operations were accounted from 2004 financial resources.

Eastern and Southern Europe – Romania; HIV/AIDS combat


Financial humanitarian assistance

Afghanistan, Madagascar, Chad and Sudan (twice), Dominican Republic, Haiti, Georgia, Tajikistan, West Africa, Grenada*, Jamaica, Japan, Angola, UN UNAIDS programme, Serbia and Montenegro, Cambodia.

In 2004 the Czech Republic provided both financial and material humanitarian assistance in 19 cases, for 17 countries and 1 international organization (France, Iran and Grenada not included).

Operational/rescue assistance was not provided in 2004.
